Management Coaching

Management Coaching provides executives with direct feedback and further insights on the strategic and operational implications of sustainability and SRI within the organization. These sessions are designed to address the particular concerns and questions of executives about the implementation and ongoing performance of a sustainability program or the implementation of SRI products and services.

TBLI CONSULTING will assist management in designing a strategy to move the business forward via a coaching approach: facilitated business and strategic planning sessions, in small groups or in one-on-one sessions.

In particular, coaching sessions can provide:

As a compliment to management briefings, these sessions allow for direct program planning, development, implementation and decision support.
