Director, Department of African Studies, Institute of Asian and African Studies, CICIR Director, Center for Third World Studies, CICIR Deputy Secretary-General, China Association of African Studies Mr. Xu has engaged African studies for more than 20 years and the third world studies for more than 10 years.  He has been to 10 Africain countries.  He can speak fluently English and French.
