Robert Earhart

Robert Earhart has been working in sustainability and CSR for the past fourteen years in a variety of different capacities in the private, NGO and political sector. From 1994 – 1995 he worked at the State of Oregon Legislative Assembly, where he provided policy and budget analysis, specializing in social and environmental legislation. He has also served as the Treasurer and political finance consultant for several statewide political action committees. In 1998 he became the founding financial manger of SE Works, a community based NGO, providing financial, human resources, and operations coordination for the organization and engineering several public/private partnerships to support local area economic development objectives. In 2000, he was elected as the Chair of the Foster Target Area Project, a local government initiative to provide economic revitalization to Southeast Portland.
Robert joined Brooklyn Bridge/TBLI Group in 2003, providing strategic management and SRI program development services to clients, as well as project management for client service partnerships. In 2007, he founded TBLI Consulting Group, SARL in Paris, providing research and strategic development services to clients. He has also developed the curriculum for academic and corporate training courses on SRI and CSR. He has developed workshop curriculum and provided instruction for ADFIAP, InWent, ABP, ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Bank Insinger de Beaufort, US Peace Corps, as well as several local and regional initiatives in California and Oregon. Most recently, he was the research and coordinator for the recently published FUNDETEC report.
He has an MBA in International Management from the Rotterdam School of Management and is currently working on his Doctorate of Business Administration at the University of Humanist Studies in Utrecht, Netherlands, with a topical research focus on CSR and the management consulting industry.
