Richard Mattison
Managing Director - Trucost

Richard joined Trucost in July 2001 and is currently responsible for leading Trucost's corporate client engagement team. Richard has dealt with over 70 corporate engagements to date and has an in-depth understanding of the problems facing companies when reporting their environmental performance, in particular the difficulties companies face when analysing the environmental impacts of their supply chain. Richard is also responsible for leading Trucost's projects with the UK Government.
Prior to this role, he was a strategy consultant at the Mitchell Madison
Group, then marchFIRST, where he developed the retail financial service
practice in London. At marchFIRST Richard specialised in improving
business processes, including supply chain management and internet
technologies. Richard has a PhD in Neuroscience from Edinburgh University and a BSc (Hons) in Physiology also from Edinburgh University
