During the period 1986-February 1992 he was also responsible for the work of the National Energy Policy Office, which served as the secretariat of the National Energy Policy Council Before joining the National Energy Policy Office, he worked on macroeconomic policy as Chief of Planning Technique Section and Director of Economic Analysis and Projection Division, National Economic and Social Development Board. During the period 1986-February 1992 he was also responsible for the work of the National Energy Policy Office which served as the secretariat of the National Energy Policy Council.
