Mr. Spicher, 37, holds a degree in economics from the School ofHEC, University of Lausanne and a master degree in environmentalmanagement from EAEME (FUL, Arlon and EPFL, Lausanne). In 1994, MrSpicher joined Centre Info SA, the leading Swiss SRI rating agency. AsHead of Research, he set up a formal system to assess corporateenvironmental and social performance and developped the Centre InfoCorporate Governance Service. He is actually the Managing Director ofSiRi Company Ltd of which Centre Info is a shareholder. Mr Spicher isalso a former advisor to the Swiss State Secretariat for EconomicAffairs (Seco) on corporate governance related issues.
