He holds an MA in Contemporary European Studies from the Sussex European Institute with a grounding in European comparative politics and French. Since Paul joined the company in 2004, Manifest has developed and expanded coverage into the global research and voting services they offer today. Now with clients both in the UK and continental Europe as well as the US, Manifest offers access to a unique blend of impartial, innovative and analytical advisory tools and voting solutions for investors around the globe. In his spare time, Paul is Chairman of the Southend Philharmonic Orchestra and is also a keen hockey player and umpire for the East of England region.
