Martin founded Oxford Place in 1999 and is an internationally recognised authority on performance coaching. A former investment banker with J.P.Morgan, Martin has considerable experience working with Chairmen, CEOs and senior Board members of Fortune 500 firms, financial services companies, privately-held multinationals and international partnerships.
Martin lectures on Business Performance Coaching at Cambridge University and London Business School. Having trained in a wide range of cognitive change methodologies. Martin has consulted directly for the CEOs of a number of leading Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms (including Apax Partners LLP), the Chairman and CEO of Bertlesmann Entertainment, the CEO of Boylesports, the President of Grey Global Inc (EMEA), senior officers in the British Ministry of Defence and senior executives at Liberty Mutual, Inc. and H.J.
