Mark Bytheway is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of SIRIS, aspecialist investment research group providing sustainability andgovernance research and analytical services. Mark holdsqualifications in law, economics and accounting, and post-graduatequalifications in environmental science. He has more than 15years’ capital markets experience, including work with an internationalcredit ratings agency, and eight years in funds management, two ofwhich as Director of Research, Asia Pacific, for an internationalinvestment management group. Mark also spent three yearsconsulting in the areas of environmental risk analysis, environmentalliability evaluation and resource valuation, is a member of the UNEPAustralasian SRI Advisory Committee and a Trustee of the OXFAM CAAEthical Investment Trust.
