Marie So graduated from Harvard Kennedy School’s Masters in PublicAdministration/International Development (MPA/ID) program. Marie hasworking experiences in both public and private sectors. In publicsector, she worked with the United Nations Development Programme inSuva, Fiji on a rural banking and gender land rights project; the DubaiDevelopment and Investment Authority in the United Arab Emirates forbilateral trade and investment strategy between China and Dubai. Inprivate sector, Marie gained experiences as both in as an engineer andbusiness in consumer products with Procter and Gamble and in thefinancial sector with Merrill Lynch. Marie also earned her Masters inInternational and Public Affairs (MIPA) from Hong Kong University andher bachelor degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, andManagement Science from Northwestern University (BSc). She alsoattended United World College (UWC) of the Pacific. Marie grew up inHong Kong and enjoys scuba diving, modern dancing, traveling andpainting. Marie is also fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and French.
