CEO Good Energies Inc.

Marcel Brenninkmeijer, 46, is CEO of Good Energies, a private investment firm in solar photovoltaic companies and wind energy developers. Good Energies is a member of Cofra Holding AG, Zug and is represented through offices in Basel, Zurich, Los Angeles and Toronto.

Good Energies currently holds investments along the solar PV value chain, from silicon feedstock supply to the wafer, cell and module production. Additional investments are held in wind developers in North America.

Before setting up Good Energies in 2001, Mr. Brenninkmeijer was advisor to Anthos Consult, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, after having spend a sabbatical year on executive studies at IMD in Switzerland and HBS in the United States.

His first twenty years of business experience were with C&A, a fashion retailer, which gave him a multicultural exposure to The Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Germany and Switzerland. In his most recent position with C&A he was a board member responsible for store operations in Switzerland. He also co-ordinated the C&A European Environmental Working Group which he set up in 1989.
