Leeora Black founded the Australian Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility in 2003 to help companies build their capacity to manage stakeholder relationships in a socially responsible and sustainable manner. As a corporate and organisational advisor within issues-rich environments, Leeora developed and implemented strategies and programs related to environmental, health, education, industry innovation, humanitarian and foreign policy issues. She completed a PhD at Monash University in 2004 where she developed and validated the CSR Management Capacity(TM) tool which identifies the capacity an organisation has to effectively manage its stakeholder environment currently and in the future. A widely published author and speaker at international conferences on corporate social responsibility, business and society and organisational communications, Leeora is an experienced teacher and facilitator of workshops. Leeora is a member of the Academy of Management, The Australian Institute of Company Directors, the International Association for Business and Society and The Public Relations Institute of Australia and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Monash Ethics in Stakeholder Relations Research Unit at Monash University
