Prior to joining Caisse des dépôts, Mr. Sicard had avaried career. He founded and managed an audiovisual productioncompany, and later served as a consultant, department head andexecutive committee member at Bipe, an economic survey research firm.Mr. Sicard has a doctorate degree in economics.
