Eurizon Capital is one of the major assetmanagers in Europe with 180bn
euro aum. In 1997 it has been the first Italian assetmanager to offer a
range of SRI Mutual Funds to retail investors throughits mother company
Intesa Sanpaolo Bank.
He has been working at Eurizon for nearly a decade, dealingwith Socially
Responsible Investing for 7 years. While been responsible for theteam for
five years, he has been a member of the prestigious Asset Management
Working Group of the UNEP FI since its constitution.
He graduated at Bocconi University in Milan, Italywith an MA equivalent
degree in Business Administration & Financeand successfully passed the
State Professional Exam qualifying as a Financial Agent.
After four years in retail and institutional sales at Royal SunAlliance in
Italy, Liberty Eurasia Ltd and Tullet&Tokyoin London – UK, and private
clients stock picking in the Italian equity market, Gianluca joinedEurizon
Capital; since then he has lectured at various conferences anduniversities
on Sustainable Finance.
