▪ Bank Transformation Project: Member of project team that prepared acomprehensive retail bank license application submitted to the
Bank of Thailand (BOT) that included a business plan, a bank upgradepreparation plan (systems, infrastructure, organization, products,
branches), and a project implementation plan. Approval has been grantedby the BOT to convert the finance company - with 0MM
asset size and over 60,000 existing accounts - into a retail bank.
