Consuelo V. Dantes is Senior Vice President and head of the HumanResource Department and concurrent head of Corporate Planning andSupport Services Group. Her banking career started at the Security Bankand Trust Company, Philippines, as Management Trainee where she becameBranch Manager. She was also once affiliated with Asiatrust Bankand Boston Bank of the Philippines in various capacities as CorporatePlanning Officer, Branch Marketing Officer and Corporate CommunicationsOfficer. She joined Planters Development Bank in 1990 as MarketingServices Head then went on to become the department head of theCorporate Communications Department. Ms. Dantes is a member ofPlantersbank’s Management Committee, and is a Director of Plantersbankaffiliates, namely PD Center, PDB Properties and PDBInsurance. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree inEconomics from the University of the Philippines, Cum Laude, and earnedher Masters in Business Administration from the Dela SalleUniversity.
