Christoph Butz joined Pictet &Cie in 2002 as a sustainability expert. Prior to this,he was co-responsible for the development and application of sustai- nable investment concepts within Bank Sarasin &Cie AG. He has seven years' experience in sustainable finance. Before that, he had worked on several research projects in Canada, Switzerland and Brazil in the field of natural resources management. Christoph has graduated as a forest engineer at the Swiss Federal Insitute of Technology in Zurichand is holder of an international diploma as Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager. He has authored several sustainability-related publications.
