Christine Tørklep Meisingset is head of SRI at StorebrandInvestments, part of the Norwegian Life Insurance Group. Storebrand hasbeen a pioneer within SRI in Europe, and has a leading position withincorporate responsibility and responsible investments in its industry.
Mrs. Meisingset has been with Storebrand since 2001, starting out as ananalyst within oil and gas, utilities, chemicals and the pharmaceuticalsector. Her current position includes strategic decisions,communication, negative screening, best-in-class analysis andmicrofinance.
Mrs. Meisingset’s professional background also comprises wastemanagement consultancy, ISO-standards and tailor made environmentaltraining. She holds a degree in environmental engineering from AgderUniversity College, Norway, and a Master of Science in EnvironmentalStrategy from University of Surrey, UK.
