Chanda is currently a Vice President in Corporate Services and RealEstate for Goldman Sachs where she manages the division’s socialresponsibility commitments, which include the implementation of GoldmanSachs’ Environmental Policy, as it relates to its own environmentalfootprint.
During her tenure at the firm, Chanda also worked for the CommunityCapital Group at Goldman Sachs, which was established to promote publicawareness and understanding of the integral role the modern marketsystem plays in local communities around the world.
Prior to working at Goldman Sachs, Chanda practiced law at McKenna,Long & Aldridge and was the Director of the Office of InternationalProjects for the Child Welfare League of America. Chanda receiveda Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Afro-American Studies withhonors from Stanford University and a law degree from the University ofSouthern California in 2000.
