Manager of Financial Products and Services Women’s World Banking

Ms. Miles is the Manager of Financial Products and Services at Women’s World Banking, a nonprofit network of microfinance institutions based in New York, U.S.  She leads the development and delivery of advisory and brokering services to network members on securing commercial funding from local and international financial institutions.  She oversees due diligence and compliance monitoring of network members, and plays a key role in helping to build the capabilities of the WWB global team in the area of financial analysis.

Prior to joining WWB in 2000, Ms. Miles worked at Citigroup for eighteen years.  In her most recent position she was a Vice President in Citibank’s Private Bank working with not-for-profit clients.  She managed 50 client relationships, providing a range of financial services including credit and investment management.  Ms. Miles managed several microfinance clients and participated in Citigroup’s Task Force on Microfinance.  She also held positions in Citibank’s Financial Institutions Group and the Corporate Bank.  Ms. Miles holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and French literature from Drew University.  She is a US citizen and has a working knowledge of French.
