Alfred Kool founded his own independent communication consultancy in 2005. Kool Corporate Communication is specialised in reputation management and positioning. The consultancy operates on strategic and operational level in a broad area with a focus on the pensions and financial world. Purposely small sized, Kool Corporate Communication works close together with an extensive network of highly eminent communication specialists.

Prior to that Alfred has been engaged in various positions in communication for over 25 years, since 1997 as Director of Corporate Communication at PGGM, the Dutch Healthcare pension fund. As he combines his communication expertise with a thorough knowledge of the pensions and investments world, not surprisingly most of his clients are to be found in that specific area.

Alfred Kool has a wide experience in cooperating with communication consultancies, organisational consultants and advertising agencies as well with graphic design studios. He strongly supports orchestration of various communication modalities.
As a manager/director and as an interim-manager he created strong teams which emerged out of radical reorganizations. He has specific affinity and experience on domains such as sustainable ventures/socially responsible investments and corporate governance, especially when it touches the reputation of an organisation.
Alfred Kool regularly publishes and gives presentations concerning communication-topics, in the Netherlands but also abroad. He graduated in Corporate Communication at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
