1969 - 1979 Managing Director of Model Portfolio - a financialconsultancy and fund management company, the nucleus of the MatuschkaGroup.
1979 Formation of the Matuschka Group
1989 - 1997 Together with Siemens he founded TVM Techno VentureManagement of Munich - this was the first independent institutionalventure capital company in Germany.
Over the years, Matuschka Group grew into a leading independent FinanceGroup with strong international strategic partners, as innovator fornew financial services.
1993 Matuschka took over 100% of the Matuschka Group and organised
multiple spin-offs. Numerous of these companies are today significantplayers in German Financial services.
