Grand Dinner & TBLI Award
On the first night of the TBLI CONFERENCE™, conference participants are welcome to network and relax at the Grand Dinner, where the TBLI Award is presented to an organization whose efforts furthers the cause of sustainable investment and demonstrates exemplary and superior performance in the field of sustainable business activity. Past winners include Enhanced Analytics Initiative (2005), The Rainforest Action Network (2004), Transparency International (2003), the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (2002), Mama Cash (2001) and Amnesty International (2000). TBLI has partnered with IPE (Investment Pensions Europe) and IPE Magazine, to further develop awards for environmental, social and governance investment. The first TBLI /IPE ESG Leaders Awards were given out at the Paris TBLI CONFERENCE™ 2007. The winner for the best ESG investor was the UK’s Environment Agency Pension Fund for its €2.15bn ESG overlay strategy, which since its inception in 2005 has produced above benchmark performance. F&C Asset Management won the award for Best Asset Manager Investing in ESG, while Goldman Sachs won the award for most innovative development related to ESG for its Environmental Policy Framework. The award for best research company went to Innovest Strategic Value Advisors, while KLD Research & Analytics won the award for outstanding contribution to ESG.

Past participants indicated that they would like the event to last longer and have the option to elect the day(s) in which they attend. Costs to participants are based on the number of days they attend. Discounts are available for qualified NGO's.
